Ciele projektu
Hlavným cieľom projektu je ponúknuť najmä tým študentom, ktorí sa spravidla v rámci svojho študijného programu nestretávajú s predmetmi EU, príležitosť získať základné vedomosti o práve EU so zameraním na duševné vlastníctvo, najmä autorské právo, predmety priemyselného vlastníctva a ochranné označenia tovarov, služieb, podnikov, na ochranu duševného vlastníctva v európskom priestore v kontexte pravidiel hospodárskej súťaže.
Témy seminárov a prednášok si kladú za cieľ oboznámiť študentov so základnými problémami duševného vlastníctva v európskom priestore, ktoré by nemali byť cudzie kvalifikovanému ekonómovi či manažérovi v EU.
Project Objectives
The main aim of this project is to open the occasion for students who do not normally come into contact with EU studies to receive the basic knowledge on the EU law oriented on the Intellectual Property, mainly copyright, industrial property and designations of the goods, services and enterprises, intellectual property protection within the EU area in the context of the EU competition law.
The new course EU Intellectual Property enables to students receiving knowledge on the Intellectual Property, its value in the cross border business within EU and to use it together with the general knowledge within their field of study to be more creative in the business and labour market within EU area.
Komu je predmet určený
Duševné vlastníctvo EU je nový predmet určený predovšetkým študentom druhého stupňa vysokoškolského (inžinierskeho) štúdia.
Duševné vlastníctvo EU umožňuje študentom získať vedomosti o predmetoch duševného vlastníctva a ich právnej ochrany v rámci EU a využiť ich spolu s vedomosťami získanými v rámci svojho študijného programu na zvýšenie svojho uplatnenia na trhu práce v rámci EU či na zefektívnenie svojich vlastných podnikateľských aktivít v európskom priestore.
Target Group
EU Intellectual Property is a new course oriented on the master students who have only basic knowledge on the EU.
The new course EU Intellectual Property enables to students receiving knowledge on the Intellectual Property issues in the cross border business within the EU and to use it together with the general knowledge within their field of study to be more creative in the business and labour market within EU area.
